This morning I was listening to my Jars of Clay playlist. I know they have been around forever but I STILL listen to songs from their first few cds. Anyhow, "
Worlds Apart" came on and all of a sudden I found myself almost in tears halfway through the song. At this stage of life I'm definitely feeling the pull of the world to distract me from my God. It's pretty easy to drift and get distracted with the busyness of work, moving, doctor's appointments, ect. Thank you, Lord, for loving a sinner like me. I am overwhelmed by His love and grace.
i totally get teary in that song (every time) too...even when i'm not a hormonal basketcase. its a solid JOC jam for sure. miss you.
